Feed Creator’s hosted service is transitioning to become an integrated part of Feed Control. As part of the transition we will be rolling out new features that will make feed creation significantly easier.
Thanks Holger! The AI feature for automatically finding suitable selectors we would like to make available in the self-hosted version too - by allowing users to specify an API key for one of the supported services.
The other two features we will wait and see. Adding headless browser support through Docker is possible, but could impact results if the self-hosted copy of Feed Creator receives a lot of requests requiring the headless browser. But we're thinking about it. And the UI point-and-click interface change planned for February will depend on final implementation. But if we can make it available in the self-hosted version, we'll do that.
